JOB SUMMARY: Perform spray painting jobs: 1st and 2nd color application, touch-up, mixing, etc. and prep units for the paint process as needed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Work in paint booth using spray equipment following paint supplier guidelines, and company and customer standards. Follow written and verbal instructions to paint units meeting company quality standards. Detect and report faulty operations, materials and working conditions to supervisor. Use safety equipment as instructed. Follow safety regulations and company policies. Maintain work area, equipment and tools in clean orderly condition. Promote 5S concept of order and housekeeping. Perform other duties and cross-train as required or assigned. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Working knowledge of spray paint equipment and technique. Familiarity with supplied air systems and filter monitoring. Requires the use of respiratory protection equipment. Familiarity with EPA regulations regarding the handling of and working around hazar
